Biography
Prof. Milind Trivikram Phadtare is a distinguished educator and consultant with a unique blend of 15 years of industry experience and 25 years in teaching, training, and consulting. His career began in the Machine Tools Division of Premier Automobiles Limited as a GET, followed by roles in Jaya Hind Sciaky Ltd and Ingersoll Rand India Limited.
Transitioning to academia, he served at ICFAI Business School and Vishwakarma Institute of Management before beginning a long-term tenure at NICMAR Pune. His leadership at NICMAR includes serving as Head of Research, Head of General Management, Dean of School of General Management and Dean of Post Graduate Programmes. He also held the prestigious ONGC Chair Professorship for Strategic Management and served as Area Chair of Marketing at the Administrative Staff College of India (ASCI), Hyderabad.
A recognized scholar, Prof. Phadtare has published 21 papers and 10 cases in reputed journals, including A* and A category publications as per ABDC classification. He is a three-time recipient of the ‘Excellence in Teaching’ award at NICMAR and has successfully guided six PhD scholars from Pune University and Symbiosis International University. Currently, he serves as a Professor in the School of Project Management at NICMAR University, Pune.
